  • Enrollment Deposit

    To secure your child’s spot for the 2025–2026 school year, a non-refundable $75.00 enrollment deposit is required at the time of registration.
     
    • This deposit ensures placement in our program
    • It is not applied toward tuition or other fees
    • Required for all new and returning students

  • Late Payment Fee

    20$
     
    Timely tuition payments are essential to maintaining quality care and programming. A $20.00 late fee will be charged for each business day that a payment is past due.
     
    • Applies to all tuition and program fees
    • Assessed daily until the balance is brought current
    • Helps support administrative costs related to late processin

  • Late Pick-Up Fees

    Kool Kidz World closes promptly at 6:00 PM. To respect our staff’s time, the following late pick-up fees apply:
     
    • $10.00 flat fee for any pickup after 6:00 PM
    • Plus $1.00 per minute after 6:00 PM
    • Payment is due at the time of pick-up
